Salary Reviews

We review salaries every year in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and then apply the same % increase to everyone’s salary to reflect increasing costs of living. Whilst we will always aim to increase salaries once a year, this is dependent on our profits i.e. if the business has not grown in revenue, we may be unable to increase salaries.

Increases are applied from 1 January and you will receive a letter to confirm your increase.
